About Key Pets

Key Pets is a Roblox item shop built by people who actually play. We stock pets, seeds, gear, godlies, and secrets across Grow A Garden 2, Steal A Brainrot, and Murder Mystery 2 — with Adopt Me and Steal an Egg opening soon — and we get them into your account faster than anyone.

Whether you need quick gears to keep up, a boost to get your account where you want it, or that one special item you have been chasing, Key Pets is the place to get it — picked from real stock and handed to you in-game by a real person, usually within minutes.

Why we built it

Most Roblox item shops are slow, sketchy, or both. You pay, then you wait an hour in a dead Discord hoping someone shows up. Key Pets started as a fix for that: a clean checkout, real stock, real staff, and a claim flow that takes about a minute. No bots pretending to be people. No password phishing. No sketchy redirects to a "verification" site.

How we operate

Every order is fulfilled by a verified Key Pets trader. Check out, open a ticket in our Discord, drop your Roblox username and order number, and a real person trades or gifts your items in-game — usually in under five minutes.

We never ask for your password. Not once, not ever, not for any reason. Everything happens through the official in-game trade or gift window, where you can see every item before you accept it. If someone DMs you claiming to be Key Pets staff and asks for credentials, it isn't us — report it in our support channel.

Gifting

Every order can go straight to a friend's account. Birthday gifts, group surprises, prizes for your next video — just drop their username in the ticket and we handle the rest. Creators use it constantly.

Our promise

• Fast delivery, or your money back. Most orders land in under five minutes. If we can't deliver, you get a full refund — no argument.
• Account-safe trades. Your credentials are never requested, and every trade happens in the official in-game window.
• Real support, 24/7. A human answers your ticket, not a bot that never replies.
• Proof you can read yourself. 4.8 on Trustpilot and hundreds of unedited vouches sitting in our Discord. Go look before you buy — that's what they're there for.
